Fee Regulations for the Postgraduate Course in Aesthetic Medicine for physicians, dental doctors, and final-2 years medical and dental students

Practical training course includes administration of:
- Hyaluronic acid using needles and cannulas,
- Mesotherapy,
- Platelet-rich plasma,
- Biostimulators,
- Botulinum toxin,
- Hyaluronidase,
- Phosphatidylcholine,
- Calcium hydroxyapatite preparations,
- Local anesthetics,
- Dermapen use,
- Learning management protocols for complications in aesthetic medicine.
The course consists of VIII trainings

The transfer title should include:
- Participant’s First and Last Name
- Registration for the course implies acceptance of the Fee Regulations.
The total cost of the entire Postgraduate Course is:
16 100 PLN
when paid in full at the time of the registration
17 700 PLN
when paid in two installment of 8850 PLN each
The first installment is payable at the time of registration. The second installment is due one day before the fourth training. Failure to pay the due installment on time will result in cancellation of participation in further course trainings.
Refunds: are made in accordance with these Fee Regulations.
In case the entire course (8 trainings) is canceled by the Organizer, Participants will receive 100% of the paid money within 7 days of the course cancellation announcement.
If a specific training is canceled by the organizer, Training Participants will be offered a new training date.
Cancellation of the Course by the Participant
Up to 30 days before the course starts, a refund of 100% of the paid amount.
From 29 to 7 days before the course starts, a refund with a deduction of 5% of the paid amount.
6 days before the course starts, a refund with a deduction of 10% of the paid amount.
The refund due to the Course Participant will be transferred to their account within 7 days from the date of receiving the cancellation of participation in the Course.
In case of unforeseen events, cancellations are considered individually.
Admission to the Course
Each Participant will be informed about the admission to the Course by email to the address provided by them within 7 days of sending the application.
From the day of receiving confirmation of participation in the Course, the Participant is obliged to pay the Course fee in accordance with these Fee Regulations within 3 days of receiving the email confirming qualification for the Course, to the bank account provided on the website.
If the above condition is not met within 3 days of sending information about qualification for the Course, the Participant will be automatically removed from the reserved Course, and informed via email.
Upon receiving the Course fee, the Participant is admitted to the Course, about which they will be informed via email within 7 days of receiving the payment.
Cancellations of participation in the Course must be submitted exclusively by email to: drmarusza@drmarusza.pl.
The date of cancellation is considered the date of receiving the email with the cancellation.
